How will I receive my designs?

All projects are delivered in a digital format. All projects are formatted and sized according to your order.

Larger Files such as videos will require you to access a download link. This ensures the quality of the media is not compromised during transit.

What counts as a Revision?

A revision is a request from you for a change to the most recent design sample provided to you. For example: Your packge includes 2 revisions, we send you the sample, you review it and request a change, we then make the change and send the revised sample to you, you review the sample and request another revision, the revision is made and the revised sample is sent to you.

What are stock photos?

"Stock photos" are licensed photography available for re-use with or without attribution in digital designs/graphics having personal or commercial purposes. For example: to obtain PAID Stock Photos, visit: shutterstock.com , istock.com etc., to obtain FREE stock photos visit; unsplash.com , pexels.com

What if I provide stock photos / pictures / images from Google?

It's RISKY! Google is a search engine, not an stock image provider. Most of the images there are copyright protected, and using such pictures without the consent of creator or acquiring licence can lead to copyright infringement and fine.

Do You Design Websites?

We do not currently offer website design. However, we are always expanding our services, be sure to follow us on social media

Cancellation and Refunds

I do not issue refunds or cancellations after the first sample(s) is delivered. In case of any misunderstandings about the order and its scope, I will offer a revision or work with you to find a reasonable solution. Unlike tangible products, time spent on making designs cannot be reversed/undone.
